The West of Middle-earth at the End of the Third Age

About this Map
This is the definitive map of the west of Middle-earth as it appeared during the events of The Lord of the Rings. Drawn by Christopher Tolkien based on his father's sketches, it provides a comprehensive view of the continent's geography, from the Blue Mountains in the west to the Sea of Rhûn in the east, and from the northern wastes of Forodwaith to the southern lands of Near Harad. Key locations such as The Shire, Rivendell, Lothlórien, Minas Tirith, and Mount Doom are clearly marked, alongside the major mountain ranges, forests, and rivers that define the landscape of the Third Age.
